In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 190, Florida Statutes, a public hearing will be held by the Nassau County Board of County Commissioners beginning at 5 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, on December 8, 2025, in the Commission Chambers, James S. Page Governmental Complex at 96135 Nassau Place, Yulee, Florida 32097, to consider an ordinance granting a petition to amend the boundaries of the Three Rivers Community Development District (the District). The title of the proposed ordinance is as follows:

AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF NASSAU COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 20½ PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT, ARTICLE VI DEVELOPMENT DISTRICTS, SECTION 20½-167(b)(8) EXHIBIT A, BOUNDARIES OF DISTRICT, ORDINANCE 2018-47 WHICH ESTABLISHED THE THREE RIVERS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT, SPECIFICALLY SECTION 3, IN ORDER TO AMEND THE EXTERNAL BOUNDARIES OF THE THREE RIVERS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 190, FLORIDA STATUTES (2025); PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
The District is comprised of 1,546 acres, more or less, generally located south of State Road 200, west of Edwards Road, north of the Nassau River and east of Boggy Creek. The District has submitted a petition to amend the boundary of the District by removing 22.39 acres, for a total of approximately 1,523.61 acres.
All interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing and be heard. Copies of the petition and proposed ordinance are open to public inspection at the office of the Planning Department, 96161 Nassau Place, Yulee, FL 32097. Comments may also be directed in writing to the Planning Department, emailed to planning@nassaucountyfl.com, or received by telephone at (904) 530-6320. All comments will become part of the record in this matter and subject to Floridas public records laws.

The Hilliard Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on December 4, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers in the Hilliard Town Hall, located at 15859 West County Road 108, Hilliard, Florida, to hear input regarding Ordinance No. 2025-15. All interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed Ordinance No. 2025-15.
Action on the matter may be taken following the closing of the Public Hearing at the Hilliard Town Councils regular meeting. AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY OR ALLEY; MAKING FINDINGS; VACATING A BLOCK OF PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY KNOWN AS W EIGHTH AVENUE WHICH FALLS BETWEEN GEORGIA STREET AND VIRGINA STREET; PLAT OF THE WEST PORTION OF HILLIARD; WITHIN TOWN OF HILLIARD, FLORIDA; AUTHORIZING RECORDING OF A CERTIFIED COPY OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
PURSUANT TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF F.S. 286.0105, the following notification is given: If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Council with respect to any matter considered at such meeting, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
