NOTICE OF REGULAR BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors ("Board") of the Amelia National Community Development District ("District") will hold a regular Meeting of the Board of Supervisors on January 8, 2024, at 11:30 a.m. at 95211 Clubhouse Road, Fernandina Beach FL 32034. A copy of the agenda for the meeting can be obtained from the District Office at PFM Group Consulting LLC, 3501 Quadrangle Boulevard, Suite 270, Orlando, FL 32817 or by phone at (407) 723-5900. Additionally, a copy of the agenda, along with any meeting materials available in an electronic format, may be obtained at http://amelianationalcdd.com/.

The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community development districts. The meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at such meeting. There may be occasions when Board Supervisors or District Staff may participate by speaker telephone.
Any person requiring special accommodations at the meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Manager's Office at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the meeting. Sealed Bids for the construction of the DEP Oxford Street Force Main Rerouting project will be received by the Town of Hilliard, Florida at Town Hall, 15859 West County Road 108 (P.O. Box 249), Hilliard, Florida 32046, until January 31, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. local time. At that time, the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The Project includes the following Work: Upgrading of the Oxford Street Lift Station with two (2) new 17 HP submersible pumps and control panel; 1,520 LF of 6" PVC force main conventionally installed; 320 LF of 6" FPVC directionally drilled; valves, fittings, and restrainers; and associated restoration.
Bids are requested for the following Contract: DEP Oxford Street Force Main Rerouting, DEP Agreement No. LPA0302.
The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Mittauer & Associates, Inc., 580-1 Wells Road, Orange Park, Florida 32073, (904) 278-0030. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below.
Bidding Documents will be provided electronically as portable document format (PDF) files and as printed Bidding Documents, both for a non-refundable charge of $150 per set payable to Mittauer & Associates, Inc. Upon Issuing Offices receipt of payment, the digital files will be emailed, and the printed Bidding Documents will be sent via UPS Ground. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.

Bid security must be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
To be considered qualified, Bidder must be licensed to engage in the business of contracting in the State of Florida by the Construction Industry Licensing Board and must have successfully completed, as prime contractor, a minimum of five (5) projects of a similar nature within the past five (5) years, each having a minimum contract value of $250,000.
