NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, April 8, 2024, at 6:00 PM. or soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, the Nassau County Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing at the Commission Chambers, James S. Page Governmental Complex, 96135 Nassau Place, Yulee, Florida 32097 to consider application No. FD23-001, final development plan to allow for a new collector road for approximately 5,950 linear feet on approximately 32.30 acres.

All interested parties are invited to attend the public hearings and to be heard. Copies of the Application and supporting information are available for inspection in the office of the Planning Department, 96161 Nassau Place, Yulee, FL 32097. Comments may also be directed in writing to the Planning and Economic Opportunity Department, emailed to planning@nassaucountyfl.com, or received by telephone at (904) 530-6320.  All comments will become a part of the record in this matter.
