NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 1, 2026, at 6:00 P.M. the Planning and Zoning Board of Nassau County will hold a public hearing at the Commission Chambers, James S. Page Governmental Complex, 96135 Nassau Place, Yulee, Florida, 32097 to consider an application for Conditional Use, CU2026-004. The Planning and Zoning Board may continue the hearing on this matter. The public is invited to attend the meeting concerning the following described property in Nassau County:

Rural (OR) zoning district.
This hearing will be conducted as a quasi-judicial hearing.
All interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing and be heard. Copies of all documentation concerning this Conditional Use are available for inspection in the Planning Department, 96161 Nassau Place, Yulee, FL 32097. Comments may also be directed, in writing, to the Planning Department, via email to planning@nassaucountyfl.com, or received by telephone at (904) 530-6320. All comments will become part of the record in this matter and subject to Floridas Public Records law, Chapter 119, Florida Statutes.
