NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Nassau County, Florida, at a meeting to be held on Monday, the 14 day of September, 2026 at 5:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Commission Chambers, located at the James S. Page Governmental Complex, 96135 Nassau Place, Yulee, Florida, intends to consider for adoption the following proposed Ordinance:
