NCSO assists in DOJ operation

For the Record The Nassau County Sheriff’s Office worked with the Department of Justice in the investigation and arrest of 13 men accused of drug trafficking.

For the Record CSX will perform railroad track maintenance at the County Road 119 crossing in Bryceville next week.According to information from Nassau County officials, the closure begins Tuesday at 8:30 a.m. and continues through Aug. 27 at 5 a.m.

BRITNEY FLETCHER WESTNCR Reporter After months of uncertainty following the closure of its longtime home, The Old Farmhouse reopens at a new location in Callahan.Owner Christi Park said the business will move into a former church space at Thompson Mall, next to Gracie’s Restaurant.

For the Record Publix Super Markets Charities surprised Barnabas Center with a generous donation ahead of the store’s July 2 grand opening.Publix Manager Josh Williamson presented the Barnabas Center team with a $15,000 check to help expand the pantry’s cold storage capabilities.
