The shelves are already bare in some areas of Callahan’s Winn-Dixie Sept. 29. As of Sept. 30, the store no longer honors company sale prices and reduces its hours to 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. as markdowns are underway. Customers can save 25% off most items currently. The store opened as part of Callahan’s first shopping center with its first addition in the early 1970s. Expansions and renovations occurred through the years. The store will shut its doors on or before Oct. 18.
