NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Nassau County, Florida, at a Special Set meeting to be held on Wednesday, the 9th day of November, 2022 at 6:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Commission Chambers, located at the James S. Page Governmental Complex, 96135 Nassau Place, Yulee, Florida, intends to consider for adoption the following proposed Ordinance:
ORDINANCE NO. 2022-
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 2021-18, ARTICLE II, SECTION 23½-11, MOTORIZED VEHICLES ON THE ATLANTIC OCEAN BEACHES AND SECTION 23½-12, CAMPING ON THE BEACH AMENDING THE DATES FOR ESTABLISHING RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR BEACH DRIVING AND BEACH CAMPING; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Copies of the Ordinance are available at the County Managers Office, 96135 Nassau Place, Suite 1, Yulee, Florida 32097 Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. through 5:00 p.m., except legal holidays.
THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO BE PRESENT AND BE HEARD.
