APPEAL OF ZONING BOARD DECISION

The Hilliard Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, June 4, 2020, at 7:00 p.m., in the Hilliard Town Hall Council Chambers, located at 15859 West County Road 108, to hear input regarding an appeal of a Zoning Board decision. The Hilliard Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on April 16, 2020, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers in the Hilliard Town Hall, located at 15859 West County Road 108, Hilliard, Florida, to hear input regarding Ordinance No. 2020-01. All interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed Ordinance No. 2020-01. AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF HILLIARD, FLORIDA, EXTENDING THAT CERTAIN ORDINANCE NO. 2017-05, KNOWN AS THE "MEDICAL MARIJUANA MORATORIUM ORDINANCE," APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL ON MARCH 2, 2017, FOR A PERIOD OF AN ADDITIONAL SIX MONTHS FROM MARCH 1, 2020 TO SEPTEMBER 1, 2020; PROVIDING FOR THE CONTINUED VALIDITY OF ALL OTHER PROVISIONS OF ORDINANCE NO. 2017-05; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
