NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, April 10, 2023 at 6:00 PM, or soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, the Board of County Commissioners of Nassau County will hold a public hearing to consider enactment of the proposed Ordinance. The public hearing will be held at the James S. Page Governmental Complex, 96135 Nassau Place, Yulee, Florida 32097.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF NASSAU COUNTY, FLORIDA AMENDING ORDINANCE 99-18, AS AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE "NASSAU COUNTY DEVELOPMENT REVIEW REGULATIONS ORDINANCE;" SPECIFICALLY AMENDING CHAPTER 29, SUBDIVISION AND DEVELOPMENT REVIEW, SUBSECTION (2) OF SECTION 29-3, PETITION FOR RELIEF FROM FAMILY HARDSHIP; REVISING THE DEFINITION OF IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBER; PROVIDING FOR FINDINGS; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTING PROVISIONS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

A public hearing was previously advertised and held on this amendment by the Planning & Zoning Board on

December 6, 2023.
