AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF NASSAU COUNTY, FLORIDA AMENDING ORDINANCE 99-18, AS AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE "NASSAU COUNTY DEVELOPMENT REVIEW REGULATIONS ORDINANCE;" SPECIFICALLY AMENDING CHAPTER 29, SUBDIVISION AND DEVELOPMENT REVIEW, SUBSECTION (2) OF SECTION 29-3, PETITION FOR RELIEF FROM FAMILY HARDSHIP; REVISING THE DEFINITION OF IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBER; PROVIDING FOR FINDINGS; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTING PROVISIONS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
