The Town of Callahan, a Florida municipality, is seeking statements of qualifications and experience for legal services from qualified firms and individuals. The services requested include comprehensive legal services as directed by Mayor and Town Council. The position of Callahan Town Attorney includes advising Town officials, attending Town Council Meetings (every 1st and 3rd Monday), and Planning Commissions meetings (every 2nd Monday), drafting ordinances, resolutions, contracts, litigation, and related matters.
