NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday the 14th day of June 2021, at 6:00 P.M. the Board of County Commissioners of Nassau County will hold a public hearing at the Commission Chambers, James S. Page Governmental Complex, 96135 Nassau Place, Yulee, Florida, 32097 to consider a partial vacation of lot 68 Deep Creek Plantation, as recorded by Plat Book 7, Pages 239-250 together with the final plat approval of the Hyer's Replat. The Public is invited to attend the meeting concerning the following described property in Nassau County:
The location of property is: From the intersection with US 301 and CR 119 take CR 119 west for 6 miles to CR 121. Make a right on CR 121 and go four miles north to Dunroven Drive. Make a left on Dunroven Drive and take it ¾ mile west to Deacon Drive. Make a right on Deacon Drive for ½ mile to Slider Court. Lot 68 is at the end of the cul-de-sac.

Action Requested: The applicants are seeking final plat approval for the replat of Lot 68 Deep Creek Plantation in order to maintain the 15-foot unobstructed vegetated buffer per the Deep Creek Plantation plat recorded by Plat Book 7, Pages 239-250, so that they can accommodate the building of their pool behind their house. The replat will extend a portion of their rear yard into the adjacent parcel which they own, thereby maintaining the buffer and allowing room for the pool.
