NOTICE OF INTENTION TO CONSIDER ENACTMENT OF AN ORDINANCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at 6:00 PM, or soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, the Planning and Zoning Board of Nassau County will hold a public hearing regarding the proposed Ordinance. The public hearing will be held at the James S. Page Governmental Complex, 96135 Nassau Place, Yulee, Florida 32097.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF NASSAU COUNTY, FLORIDA AMENDING ORDINANCE 99-18, AS AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE "NASSAU COUNTY DEVELOPMENT REVIEW REGULATIONS ORDINANCE;" SPECIFICALLY AMENDING CHAPTER 29, SUBDIVISION AND DEVELOPMENT REVIEW, SUBSECTION (2) OF SECTION 29-3, PETITION FOR RELIEF FROM FAMILY HARDSHIP; PROVIDING RELIEF FOR PLATTED SUBDIVISION RECORDED PRIOR TO OCTOBER 11, 1974; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
All interested parties are invited to attend the public hearings and to be heard. Copies of the proposed Ordinance and supporting information are available for inspection in the Planning Department, 96161 Nassau Place, Yulee, FL 32097.
