NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Nassau County, Florida, at a Regular meeting to be held on Monday, the 12th day of April, 2021 at 6:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Commission Chambers, located at the James S. Page Governmental Complex, 96135 Nassau Place, Yulee, Florida, intends to consider for adoption the following proposed Ordinance:

AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF NASSAU COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING ARTICLE 5, SECTION 5.07(B), SITE DEVELOPMENT PLAN REVIEW, DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE ADDING A SCHOOL BOARD REPRESENTATIVE AND SECTION 5.07(C), SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS ADDING SCHOOL BUS AND CHILD PICK UP AREAS; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Copies of the Ordinance are available at the Clerk's Office at the Robert M. Foster Justice Center, located at 76347 Veterans Way, Yulee, Florida, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. through 5:00 p.m., except legal holidays.
THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO BE PRESENT AND BE HEARD. C. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on the school site at 1:00 PM on Thursday, the 22nd day of April 2021. All Prequalified Contractors must attend this Pre-Bid Conference in order to have their Bid considered.
D. Project Description:
1. This project includes HVAC Systems demolition and replacement and HVAC Controls removal, modification and reinstallation at the various Buildings of the school campus. The project will include work of other trades in support of the HVAC replacement and Controls removal, modification and reinstallation.
E. Documents may be obtained only by General Contractor and Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Subcontract Bidders. Others may view the Bid Documents at the following Plan Room:
