The Town of Hilliard, Florida, pursuant to the Consultant's Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA) section 287.055,    Florida Statues, as may be amended, and Federal Aviation Administration Advisory Circular 150/5100-14E, hereby      requests statements of       qualifications and performance data from professional          engineering/planning firms (hereinafter "Consultant"), that are duly licensed and registered to practice in the State of Florida, and that desire to    render such services for the Hilliard Airpark (01J).

You are hereby notified that a Petition for Summary Administration has been filed in the estate of LAMAR EDWARD NELSON, deceased, file # 45-2021-CP-529, by the Circuit Court for Nassau County, Florida, Probate Division, 76347 Veterans Way Yulee, Florida 32097; that the decedents date of death was June 7, 2021.  The names and addresses of the proposed personal representative and proposed personal representatives attorney are listed below.  ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:

All creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against Decedents estate on whom a copy of this notice is required to be served, must file their claims with this court ON OR BEFORE THE LATER OF 3 MONTHS AFTER THE TIME OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR 30 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.  All other creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedents estate must file their claims with this court WITHIN 3 MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.  ALL CLAIMS NOT FILED WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FOR IN FLORIDA STATUTES SECTION 733.702 WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.  NOTHWITHSTANDING THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH ABOVE, ANY CLAIM FILED TWO (2) YEARS OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENTS DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.  The date of first publication of this notice is January 19th, 2022.
