The Department of Environmental Protection gives notice of its preparation of a draft permit to Callahan Country RV Resort, Kenneth Greene, 54221 Evergreen Trail, Callahan, Florida32011 for the Callahan Country RV Resort. This permit authorizes the   permittee to construct and    operate a 0.06 million gallons per day (MGD) annual average daily flow (AADF) domestic wastewater treatment facility.  The primary method disposal of the effluent is reused of the   reclaimed water via restricted public access land application site. The surface water discharge will be used as backup disposal method during wet weather condition.   The facility will be located at latitude 30o 32' 6.76" N, longitude 81o 47' 15.51" W, on 54221        Evergreen Trail, Callahan, Florida 32011 in Nassau   County. The Department has assigned permit file number FL0A00027-001-DW3P to the proposed project.
