The Town of Hilliard hereby requests proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide Grant Administration services for the Florida Department of Emergency Management State-Wide Emergency Shelter Plan (SESP) Grant, funded under Senate Form 2359 and House Bill (HB) 1331.
The F0122 project involves the planning, design of, permitting for, and construction of a hardened hurricane shelter to serve the residents of the Town of Hilliard.
The Town has been awarded Shelter Grant Agreement #F0122 in the amount of $5,890,200.00, therefore, procurement and contracting will follow Florida State Statutes, rules and regulations. .
Proposals will be accepted on an equally competitive basis. No bid or proposal will be accepted from individuals or firms placed on the convicted vendor list following a conviction for a public entity crime.
The evaluation criteria and scoring that will be utilized in the selection of the engineer are as follows:

The F0122 project involves the planning, design of, permitting for, and construction of a hardened hurricane shelter to serve the residents of the Town of Hilliard.
The Town has been awarded Shelter Grant Agreement #F0122 in the amount of $5,890,200.00, therefore, procurement and contracting will follow Florida State Statutes, rules and regulations.
