IN ORDER TO RENAME THE MUNICIPAL SERVICE TAXING DISTRICT TO THE NASSAU COUNTY SERVICES MUNICIPAL SERVICE TAXING DISTRICT UNIT AND FURTHER AMENDING ALL REFERENCES TO REFLECT THIS NEW NAME AND PROVIDING CLARIFICATION AS TO WHAT SERVICES ARE TO BE PROVIDED THEREUNDER; FURTHER AMENDING CHAPTER 30.
