PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Nassau County, Florida, at a meeting to be held on Monday, 8th day of July, 2024 at 5:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Commission Chambers, located at the James S. Page Governmental Complex, 96135 Nassau Place, Yulee, Florida, intends to consider the following proposed Resolution:

A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF NASSAU COUNTY, FLORIDA, PURSUANT TO SECTION 196.1978(3)(o), FLORIDA STATUTES, ELECTING TO NOT EXEMPT PROPERTY UNDER SECTION 196.1978(3)(d)1.a., FLORIDA STATUTES, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE LIVE LOCAL ACT PROPERTY TAX EXEMPTION.
Information concerning this matter will be on file and available for examination in the office of the Nassau County Manager, 96135 Nassau Place, Suite 1, Yulee, Florida 32097 Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. through 5:00 p.m., except legal holidays. PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Hilliard Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on July 18, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers in the Hilliard Town Hall, located at 15859 West County Road 108, Hilliard, Florida, to hear input regarding Ordinance No. 2024-04. All interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed Ordinance No. 2024-04.
