Mayor John Beasley joins family members at top while numerous golf cart owners decorated their rides in patriotic colors before hitting the streets of Hilliard to celebrate America. Hilliard joins the Town of Callahan and several local business sponsors to host the Red, White and Boom fireworks and festival Friday at the Northeast Florida Fairgrounds.
