All creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedent's estate on whom a copy of this notice is required to be served must file their claims with this court WITHIN THE LATER OF 3 MONTHS AFTER THE TIME OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR 30 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
All other creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedent's estate must file their claims with this court WITHIN 3 MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
ALL CLAIMS NOT FILED WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN SECTION 733.702 OF THE FLORIDA PROBATE CODE WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.

PUBLIC HEARING
APPEAL OF LAND USE
ADMINISTRATORS DECISION
The Hilliard Planning and Zoning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at 7:00 p.m., in the Hilliard Town Hall Council Chambers, located at 15859 West County Road 108, to hear input regarding an appeal of the Land Use Administrators decision.
Appeal #20210211 submitted by Paul and Tracy Lucas for the denial of the placement of an accessory structure on a parcel without a principal structure. The property is located on east of Virginia Street and north of West Second Avenue, at 27133 Virginia Street, with the of Parcel ID No. 08-3N-24-2380-0151-0130. The appeal filed by Paul and Tracy Lucas is for the Planning and Zoning Board to overturn the denial and allow the accessory structure on the lot without a principal structure.
Action on the matter may be taken following the closing of the Public Hearing at the regular meeting of the Hilliard Town Council. A copy of the application is available for inspection and copying at Town Hall during normal business hours 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
PURSUANT TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF F.S. 286.0105, the following notification is given: If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Planning & Zoning Board with respect to any matter considered at such meeting he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
