NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Callahan Town Council will have a Public Hearing for a Site Plan Review POPEYES LOUISIANA KITCHEN PARCEL # 29-2N-25-0000-0010-0000 will be held on Monday April 6th at 7 pm Located at Callahan Town Hall 542300 U.S. Hwy. 1 Callahan, Fl. 32011 !
Interested Persons may appear and be heard at the Hearing. Site plan will be available for review at Town Hall. Individuals with disabilities needing a reasonable accommodation in order to participate in the program or activity should contact the office of the Town Clerk at (904) 879-3801 or clerk@townofcallahan-fl.gov at least seventy-two hours in advance to request such accommodation. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the board, agency, or commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
