NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE HILLIARD COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
The Town Council of the Town of Hilliard, Florida proposes to transmit amendments to the Hilliard Comprehensive Plan after an Evaluation and Appraisal of the Comprehensive Plan. The following Public Hearings have been scheduled:
Planning and Zoning Board on
Tuesday, August 4, 2020 at 7:00 P.M.
Town Council on Thursday,
September 3, 2020 at 7:00 PM
The Public Hearings will be held in the
Hilliard Town Hall Council Chambers,
located at 15859 West County Road 108.
Action on the matter may be taken following the closing of the Public Hearings at the regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Board and the Town Council. A copy of the proposed amendments to the Comprehensive Plan are available for inspection and copying at Town Hall during normal business hours 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
PURSUANT TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF F.S. 286.0105, the following notification is given: If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Planning & Zoning Board or the Town Council with respect to any matter considered at such meetings he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
