NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, the 13th day of April 2020, at 6:00 P.M. the Board of County Commissioners of Nassau County will hold a public hearing at the Commission Chambers, James S. Page Governmental Complex, 96135 Nassau Place, Yulee, Florida, 32097 to consider a partial vacation of the Jacksonville Park Unit C plat, as recorded by Plat Book 2 page 6 in conjunction with the final recordation of the Dixon Farms Plat. The Public is invited to attend the meeting concerning the following described property in Nassau County:

The location of property is: From the center of the Town of Callahan, head west on River Road (CR108) approximately four miles.  Dixon farms will be on both the right and left of River Road, past Ballpark Road.

The purpose of this replat is to plat 2 larger parcels of former timberland on either side of River Road into eleven lots from five to eleven acres in size.
