Public hearings were previously advertised and held on this amendment by the Planning & Zoning Board on March 7, 2023 and by the Board of County Commissioners on April 10, 2023 for recommendation and transmittal of the amendment for review by state agencies pursuant to Ch. 163.3184, Florida Statutes.

All interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing and to be heard. Copies of the proposed Ordinance and supporting information are available for inspection in the office of the Planning Department, 96161 Nassau Place, Yulee, FL 32097. Comments may also be directed in writing to the Planning Department, e-mailed to planning@nassaucountyfl.com, or received by telephone at (904) 530-6320. All comments will become part of the record in this matter and subject to Florida’s public records law.
