The Town of Callahan INVITATION TO BID
FY 2019-20 RESURFACING PROJECT
Public Works Department
The Town of Callahan is soliciting bids from qualified vendors for the FY 19-20 Resurfacing Project for the Public Works Department. It will be the responsibility of the Contractor to measure and verify the project areas. The following roads proposed for bidding are:
1. Brown Street from Fifth Avenue to Mahoney Street.
Continue on Mahoney to Mickler Street (Approx. 0.3 mi.)
2. Robinwood Circle (Approx. 0.35 mi.)
3. Airstream Avenue from (Approx. 0.2 mi.)
Questions may be submitted to the Town Public Works Director until 4:00 pm on Monday, April 13, 2020. Bids will be accepted until 4:00 pm on Friday, April 17, 2020 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids should be submitted in duplicate in a sealed envelope clearly marked with FY 19-20 Resurfacing Project, with the name of the bidder, date, and time of the bid opening. EOE
