 NOTICE OF AMENDMENT OF IMPACT FEE RATES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Nassau County, Florida, on January 8, 2018, in regular session, at a properly noticed Public Hearing, adopted Nassau County Ordinance No. 2018-01, amending Article VI, Section 6.03 of Ordinance No. 2016-02, The Nassau County Impact Fee Ordinance, authorizing the amendment of Educational System impact fees.

In accordance with The Nassau County Impact Fee Ordinance and Chapter 163.31801 F.S., Nassau County hereby provides 90 day notice of the update of impact fees to fund Educational System improvements necessitated by growth. The Impact Fee rates are updated for all new residential construction occurring within the County and shall be collected at issuance of a building permit for new construction.
